How To Grow African Violets

How To grow African Violets by breaking off a leaf and stick in dirt.

African Violets do not like to be soaked when watering.  I have found the best way to water them from the bottom.  Over watering will lead to root rot and cause the plant to die.  I usually water them once a week.

Feeding your African Violet use miracle grow or miracle grow potting soil.

Put the African Violet in a northwest window or east window.‎ They like indirect light not the hot sun.

You will be able to have your African Violet blooming 3 times a year if you take care and also remove any dead leafs and also any old flowers.
